Four Seasons Chiropractic, PC opened in 1996, renting space at the Black River Health Center in Cavendish, VT.  In 1998, we moved to a larger space on Route 100 North in Ludlow, VT.  After 11 years at that location, we constructed a new building at 58 Parker Avenue in Proctorsville, VT, breaking ground on October 10, 2008.  You may notice the rainbow over the excavator in the first photo!

We moved in March of 2009 with so many boxes, we worried that the building was already too small.  Not to worry, everything fit perfectly, and we were seeing patients as soon as the Fire Marshall issued our Certificate of Occupancy.  Everyone who had a part in building was a local tradesman.  Thanks to all involved in the process, the building is a great space where patients can be treated well.

Dr. Denise Natale was born in Glens Falls, NY.  She grew up in Schenectady, NY and graduated from Mohonasen High School.  Graduating from Norwich University in 1978 with a BS, she worked in hospital laboratories, first as a Medical Technologist, and later as the Laboratory Manager until 1991 when she decided to return to school in order to attend Chiropractic School.  She graduated from New York Chiropractic College in December of 1995 and opened Four Seasons Chiropractic, PC in January of 1996.
Dr. Natale loves downhill skiing and has been a Level II PSIA-Certified ski instructor since 1988.  She taught skiing until 2013 at several mountains in NY and VT.  Her love for animals led her on a path that she never expected: rescuing a greyhound and owning and riding horses!
Chiropractic community involvement has been a part of Dr. Natale's life since chiropractic school where she was president of the Applied Kinesiology Club, a Teaching Assistant and tutor.  She was appointed to the VT Board of Chiropractic Examiners by Governor Howard Dean in 2001 and served on the board until 2012 holding the offices of Chair and Vice-Chair.  She served on the Acupuncture Test Committee for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 5 years and served on the Finance Committee, Credentialing Committee and was Chair of the Fraud and Abuse Committee for the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards.  She served from 2008-2017 on the Council for Chiropractic Education as a Site Team Visitor.

"I love my job!  It's the best one I've ever had!", says Dr. Denise Natale about her chiropractic career.
